Calculate Your Body Mass Index
Weight alone does not tell you all the truth about obesity. In general the Body Mass Index (BMI) is used to clarify if you are obese and how severe your obesity is. The BMI is calculated as a relation of weight (in kg) and the square of your height (m2)
| BMI < 20 | Underweight |
| BMI 20-25 | Normal weight |
| BMI 26-30 | Overweight |
| BMI 31-34 | Obesity grade 1 |
